We
produce
all outfits from white poly/lycra fabric that is dye sublimation
printed to produce any style of outfit with sponsors names and logos.
We can make one-piece suits; crop tops, shorts-in any length, leggings,
flared trousers, dresses, skirts, capes and jackets. However, our
factory can manufacture almost any garment to your specification
or design brief.
Please
note, stitched seams run down the side of all upper body
garments. For this reason it is almost impossible to sew together
logos or stripes. Wrap-around designs on the legs though are easier
as we can place the seams on the inside of the legs.
We can use zips on the front, back or shoulders
but generally the girls enter the garments through the stretchy
fabric neck area. This creates a smoother, figure hugging appearance.
The
colours
and logos are printed directly to the fabric using a dye sublimation
process.
This
fabric used and special printing process enables the designs
to stretch with the natural movement of the body. Once printed it
will not crack or peel and lasts for the life of the garment –
unlike other garments you may have seen! We always work to pantone
shades to achieve the correct image and corporate identity.
Once
printed the fabric is then cut out using our patterns,
or new patterns are made if this is required. The garment is then
sewn together and any trim added to create the desired look.
